Where is your storefront located? 

 As a small business, we currently operate as an online store only.

Could I view the product before placing an order?

Where are you located for pickups/ returns/ product viewings?

We are located at 55 Centre Ave, Toronto M5G 2H5. As this is not a storefront, please reach out on 604-445-7154 or goldeneradecor@gmail.com before visiting.

What is your return and refund policy?

We currently offer store credits on any returns within 15 days of purchase. The product has to be in its original condition and packaging. 

Buyers are subject to return shipping cost. 

What is your shipping policy?

Once the order is placed an email will be sent out confirming the order details. 

A member of the team will reach out to arrange delivery if requested or coordinate the pickup time accordingly.  

Where do you offer delivery?

We are currently offering delivery only within Toronto and GTA region.
